- Responsible for vetting & reviewing all operational/divisional contracts specifically MOU’s, NDAs (bilateral and unilateral), Service Agreements, Transport Agreements, and commercial agreements.
- Manage and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
- Draft correspondence, legal notices, authority letters etc, as per requirement.
- Developing litigation strategies.
- Coordination with external counsel, updating on ongoing litigation.
- Coordination and following up with government departments.
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Handle all physical and digital archiving of legal documents.
- Handle other relevant in-house legal counsel work.
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
- Follow up and peruse all legal matters
