1- Prepare project technical feasibility and budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

2- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

3- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

4- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

5- Ensure that all related project tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

6- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

7- Ensure resource availability and allocation

8- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

9- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

10- Report and escalate to management as needed.

11- Exisitng Plant capacity enhancement Projects.
