Ensure the availability and implementation of all relevant standards and work instructions at each workstation.
Authorize and evaluate any material, part, or process changes, including the execution of approved engineering changes.
Lead initiatives for part, product, and process improvement to enhance operational quality.
Collaborate with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team for smooth model launches and proper standard implementation.
Identify reasons for rework and rejection in manufacturing and general assembly; develop and apply corrective actions.
Analyze top market issues and implement countermeasures on the production floor.
Conduct on-the-job training sessions to strengthen staff capabilities in quality and process handling.
Verify first samples at all production stations and conduct daily finished goods audits with improvement action plans.
