Hair Energy seeks a motivated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will meet production targets, maintain high-quality standards, and uphold workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain product quality by implementing effective quality control measures.

- Oversee equipment maintenance and optimize resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
