Key Responsibilities:
- Boost retail store sales & brand visibility.
- Align online & offline marketing strategies.
- Represent Hair Energy & build customer relationships.
- Execute promotional campaigns & drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in retail sales & marketing strategy.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage in-store promotions & e-commerce sales.
- Background in cosmetics/skincare/FMCG is a plus.
