Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Educate clients about our product range, offers, and benefits.
Handle queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain customer records and follow-up schedules.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge.
A passion for hair care and wellness is a bonus!
