Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in local and international markets.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B and international sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques is a plus.
