We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller to join our dynamic real estate company. As a Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing multiple companies and projects, and leading the finance team.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your hands-on experience with accounting software to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Manage the financial operations of multiple companies within the real estate sector, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- CA Qualified with at least 2 years of relevant experience or CA Inter with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Experience working in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
