Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. 
  • Stay informed about product offerings and policies to assist customers effectively. 
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience in customer service or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.
