Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s e-commerce website.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to implement brand marketing strategies on the website.
- Develop and integrate website features, including product catalog, shopping cart, and checkout systems.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
- Support front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the user experience.
- Optimize website performance and SEO to improve site rankings and traffic.
- Assist in implementing security and data protection protocols.
- Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth functionality between systems.
- Help troubleshoot website bugs and performance issues.
- Provide support in analytics tracking and report generation for online sales performance.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in governmental accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation techniques.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles.
- Ability to write financial reports accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in conducting bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance is a plus.
- Exposure to private equity accounting practices is advantageous.
- Strong technical accounting skills are required.
- Understanding of various financial concepts and their application.
