We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Manager to oversee multiple client accounts for our digital marketing company. The ideal candidate will ensure that all digital marketing activities, including social media posts and advertisements, are executed flawlessly and on schedule. This role requires excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

  •    Oversee and manage multiple client accounts.
  •    Ensure timely approval of digital content (posters, videos) from clients.
  •    Conduct weekly e-meetings with clients to discuss progress and upcoming plans.

2. **Digital Marketing Execution:

  •    Ensure all social media posts and ads are published and running daily.
  •    Monitor and increase reach and engagement metrics for clients.
  •    Oversee and ensure the smooth running of Thursday competitions on client pages.
  •    Ensure winners of competitions are selected and announced by Sunday.
  • Keep an eye on competitors of clients and create the deals, especially check the last year same month deals and posts of competitors.

3. Content Processing:

  •    Coordinate with the content creation team to process digital content.
  •    Submit content for client approval and implement feedback promptly.
  • Discuss the Google ads, Meta Ads, Instagram Ads and Tiktok Ads with designated team members to push the deals and sales of clients.
  • Set the minimum ads budget if there is low engagment on any of clients pages.

4. Reporting and Planning:

  •    Compile and deliver weekly reports detailing work done for clients.
  •    Develop and share weekly plans outlining upcoming work and strategies.
  •    Provide daily written reports to the head office summarizing activities and progress.

5. Team Oversight:

  •    Supervise and manage staff to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
  •    Address any issues or challenges faced by the team promptly.

6. Customer Engagement:

  •    Respond to messages and inquiries on clients’ social media platforms and on WhatsApp ( if required )
  •    Maintain a high level of responsiveness and engagement with clients' audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and client management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Regular monitoring and reporting are critical aspects of this role.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines is essential.
