PKR. 35,000 - 45,000/Month
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information and support concerning our products and services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English Language.
- Experience in outbound cold calling or sales preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
