• Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
  •  Creating and processing invoices.
  •  Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.
  •  Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates.
  • Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
  • Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies, if any.
  • Management reports for P&L
  • Using HIMS software for all financial transactions
  • Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in finance or equivalent field.

 Essential Skills and Experience:

  • MS Office.
  • At least three-year experience in accounts management:
  • Added expertise in accounts management software.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of accounting and audit techniques.
