Zero Healthcare Company needs Assistant Inventory Officer for its Head Office located in Lahore. Females are encouraged to apply.

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 1-2 Years. Basic knowledge of stock management, stock control, and inventory best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock items, ensuring all items are logged correctly in the inventory system.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of goods and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
Update and maintain inventory records for both incoming and outgoing stock.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Provide reports of audit results to the Operations Manager and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of inventory movements, transactions, and orders.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
Provide feedback to the Inventory Manager on trends, stock turnover, and areas for inventory optimization.
