We need a Manager Internal Auditor.

Qualification: ACCA/CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or ICAP.

Experience:5-6 Years

Specific experience in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management.
Proven track record in evaluating internal controls, conducting risk assessments, and implementing process improvements in a retail setting.
Manage and lead the internal audit function to evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls, governance, and risk management processes
Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audits related to financial operations, compliance, and operational processes, with a special focus on the retail sales cycle and the massage chair product lines.
Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior audit staff to ensure efficient audit operations and skill development.
Ensure that audits are conducted in accordance with auditing standards, organizational objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and continuously update internal audit programs to address key business areas such as sales channels, inventory management, purchasing, and customer service.
Present audit findings to senior leadership, providing insights on critical risk areas and compliance gaps.
