Qualification: ACCA (Finalist)/ACCA, / CA / ACMA Finalist/ACMA (Finalist)/ACMA.

Industry Preference: Retail & Warehouse experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
Receiving Reports from Audit Team and reviewing it for any deficiencies
Evaluate risk management processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, and accounting standards.
Review financial statements, ledgers, and records to identify discrepancies and inefficiencies.
Assess and improve the internal control system of retail and warehouse operations.
Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight key findings, and provide insights.
Assist in external audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
Stay updated with audit best practices, financial regulations, and industry trends.
Highlighting the control weaknesses in company Retail and Warehouse Software
Pointing out any deficiencies and suggesting improvement in ERP system of the company

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in audit, preferably in retail or warehouse operations.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk assessment.
Experience in inventory audits, stock reconciliations, and preparing Stock Audit Report
Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in preparing the Company Policies and SOPs
