Key Responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Schedule and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Manage and respond to communication across multiple channels (emails, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
Track and support ongoing tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Serve as the central point of coordination between departments and external stakeholders.
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and day-to-day execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in common tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and other productivity platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in operations, executive assistance, or administration.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
