- Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services from both local and international suppliers.
- Conduct research of specialized vendors for new inquiries on Alibaba, Made in China, etc.
- Maintain and update the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure best value, quality, and delivery terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and specifications.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and track the delivery of goods to ensure on-time receipt.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.
- Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or pricing discrepancies.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP.)
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Skills:
- Experience with international sourcing and customs procedures.
- Proficient in English communication
