We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, analytics, and content strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, monitoring search engine performance, and staying updated with the latest SEO trends to ensure the company’s online presence reaches its full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies to stay ahead in search rankings.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content and campaigns.
- Generate SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Troubleshoot technical SEO issues and recommend solutions (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, URL structure).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Sceince, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Analytics or SEO certification (e.g., Google Analytics Certified).
