We are looking for a "𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭" to manage travel, expenses, and communication while supporting business operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Book flight tickets and hotel stays for business trips.
  • Handle travel expenses and process claims.
  • Manage travel allowances and ensure smooth arrangements.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

  • Process and check expense claims accurately.
  • Keep track of travel expenses and prepare reports for the company.
  • Work with the accounts team to manage costs.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and others.
  • Answer questions and provide support for travel and trip approvals.
  • Handle email communication professionally and on time.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬:

  • Keep proper records of travel and business trips.
  • Prepare reports on travel schedules and expenses for management.

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

  • Use Microsoft Excel to track expenses and prepare data reports.
  • Manage emails and documents effectively.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1-3 years in a similar role

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Good communication, email management, and Excel skills
