Hillcrest Solutions is actively hiring on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in the Telecom sector. We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager who excels in managing key enterprise customer accounts and driving collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and drive strategic collection objectives with measurable results.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and legal teams.

  • Collaborate with the Working Capital Department on credit/collection concerns.

  • Manage bookings, collection offsets, and reconciliations in accounting systems.

  • Liaise with banks on collection-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Engage with clients to resolve disputes related to receivables.

  • Partner with the Billing Department to improve invoicing accuracy.

  • Deliver monthly forecasts and performance reports with aggressive targets.

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of commercial credit and collection laws.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Job Details:

 

  • Position: Collection Manager – Enterprise

  • Industry: Banking / Telecom Operator Business

  • Education: Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Collections (Banking experience is a must; Telecom industry is a strong plus)
