- Strong hands-on experience with Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissioning.
- Ability to monitor network performance, analyze transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimizations or improvements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Equipment U2000/NCE.
- Ability to provide guidance to the field team in resolving microwave installation issues.
