We are seeking Call Center Executive - International to support our UK customer base.

Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidates.

Responsibilities:

Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Positive attitude and pleasant phone voice.
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & Leads
Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Reading).
Excellent communication and listening skills with a good command of the English language.
Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree.
