Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative for Real Estate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting potential buyers with the perfect property, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential clients and understand their real estate needs.
Provide information on available properties, pricing, and financing options.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Property Presentations:
Conduct property viewings and tours for interested buyers.
Showcase the features and benefits of various properties to meet customer requirements.
Sales Negotiation:
Negotiate and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate and up-to-date market information.
Documentation and Follow-Up:
Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and provide post-sale support.
Market Research:
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market analysis.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Real Estate Certification or License (preferred).
Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
