Talent Acquisition Intern / Junior

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern/Junior to support our recruitment efforts. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.

Must Haves

Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
An internship experience is a plus
Strong understanding of technology & recruitment processes
Exposure to any ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Excellent English communication, decision-making, and organisational skills

Responsibilities

Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
Pre-screen candidates based on skills, qualifications & cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Maintain applicant records and ensure timely communication
Keep HR data updated in HRM software and assist line managers

Other Details

Job Timings: 3 pm-12 am (Monday to Friday and alternate half Saturdays)
