Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (with Graphic Design Experience). We're seeking a driven, client-focused professional who combines strong customer service skills with a background in graphic design. In this dynamic role, you'll support sales, manage projects, and help deliver exceptional experiences from concept to completion across a range of markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
Prepare quotes, process orders, obtain client approvals, and manage timelines.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.
Maintain vendor relationships and follow up on pending orders.
Track and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Proactively follow up on quotes and completed jobs.
Support marketing through client referrals and outreach.

REQUIREMENTS:

Background in graphic design or related field.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with project management tools.
Outgoing, customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.

OTHER DETAILS:

Job Timings: The night shift follows the US EST time zone.
Office Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
