We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to support the efficient and secure management of our company’s human resources operations. This role involves preparing and reviewing operational reports, actively participating in meetings, and assisting managers with compiling annual budget data. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining policies and procedures manuals, overseeing the hiring and training of administrative staff, delegating tasks to administrative assistants, and organizing personnel files for new employees. Additionally, the role includes monitoring staffing needs, managing departmental budget planning, and ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of all HR-related databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure company operations are conducted securely and effectively.
- Prepare and review operational reports to support informed decision-making.
- Lead and participate in meetings to enhance communication and planning efforts.
- Assist managers in compiling annual budget information and reports.
- Maintain and update all policies and procedures manuals to reflect current standards.
- Hire and train administrative staff to strengthen HR support functions.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to administrative assistants to optimize workflow.
- Create and maintain personnel folders for all new hires, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor and project staffing needs aligned with organizational goals and growth.
- Oversee department budget planning and development to maintain financial discipline.
- Manage and maintain all department databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as HR Executive, HR Analyst, or similar HR positions.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Management software, including platforms like Jobsite.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full HR cycle and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Federal and Provincial Labour laws and regulations.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and critical work environment.
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Strong time management skills and a solid work ethic.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
- At least one year of management experience is considered advantageous.
- This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
