We are looking for a dedicated Female HR Generalist to join our team in Lahore. This full-time role operates from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of human resource functions that support the organization’s workforce and help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
Employee Relations: Address employee concerns promptly, conduct investigations when necessary, and promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring proper enrollment and clear communication.
Training and Development: Identify training needs across departments, coordinate workshops, and support ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Performance Management: Assist in conducting performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support both employees and managers in setting and achieving performance goals.
Policy Implementation: Enforce company policies and procedures consistently while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
HRIS Management: Maintain and utilize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to keep accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Internal Communication: Develop and distribute internal communications regarding employee status changes, benefits updates, and company policies to keep staff well-informed.
Required Qualifications
