The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Shortlist profiles based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and regularly update the recruitment database.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation or higher degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience specifically within the textile sector, focusing on white-collar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
