A well-established online store is seeking a dedicated and talented Accounts / Finance Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting for both trading and manufacturing companies.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and comply with industry standards.
- Reconcile bank statements, manage cash flows, and track expenses to ensure proper financial planning and control.
- Proficiency in computerized accounting and expertise in QuickBooks Online (preferable)
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and costing for manufacturing operations, including cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor in Commerce and understanding of Complete Accounting Cycle
- 2+ years of experience in accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks; knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Job Details:
Experience: 3+ years
Work Timings : 9:00 am - 6 pm
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
