Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless experience.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by planning and implementing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
HR Analytics:Utilize data and metrics to analyze workforce trends, support decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Policy Development: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance evaluation systems and provide guidance to employees and managers to align with business objectives.
Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and help employees develop skills to advance their careers.
Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll processes, and ensure timely completion of HR-related documentation.Qualifications:
