We are looking for a skilled and motivated BI Developer to join their team in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI
Create and optimize data models and DAX formulas for accurate reporting
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
Build intuitive and visually compelling data visualizations and dashboards
Ensure data quality and integrity across all reports
Stay up-to-date with BI tools and industry best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in BI development
Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a strong plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Benefits:
