The Manager / Senior Manager People Excellence will play a vital role as the voice of employee base obtaining their feedback, uplifting engagement, incepting an environment for ever-growing employee motivation and develop cross functional collaborations. The resource will be poised as the HR Strategist in this role where he/she will ensure a smooth and efficient communication model between the employees and the admin/support teams. This person will act as a bridge between employees and management and will be trusted to spearhead HRD, HRO, Talent Acquisition, Admin Support Mechanism, L&D matters and will be pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflict, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees.

  • This role will act as a key advisor to management on employee relations matters and advocate for the well- being of the workforce.
  • Point of contact for all the employees for any kind of support and act as the bridge between employees and multiple departments for engagement strategies and functional excellence.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees.
  •  Promote collaboration and teamwork among different departments to uplift a cohesive force.
  •  Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned departments on all HR-related issues. This includes answering questions about benefits, employment policies, payroll, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Participate in HR meetings and committees to stay up to date on changes to policies and procedures.
  •  Develop and implement HR initiatives and diverse engagement programs within assigned departments.
  • Identify and analyze HR trends and issues affecting assigned departments.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve HR processes and procedures within assigned departments.
  • Provide guidance and support to departmental managers and supervisors on HR policies and procedures. This includes assisting with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  •  Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances. This includes conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and recommending appropriate action.
  • Promote positive employee relations initiatives. This may include employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  •  Instill a model of open participation from all departments in growth strategies.

Requirement

  • MBA in HR from a reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Experience mediating conflict and resolving disputes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
  • Preferably female candidates.
