Duties & Responsibilities:

Online bidding expert on Upwork (Designing, Digital marketing, Illustration, etc. project preferred).
Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals.
Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
Lead generation that results in sales from.
Daily communication with clients.
Maintain a very high rating on Upwork. This is very important for us.
Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.

Requirements:

Strong Negotiation Skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Proactive in embracing new challenges.
Creating targeted leads up to $3 - $10k.
Must have high energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated.
Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently.
Proven track record of sales target achievement in Digital Marketing, IT Industry Brand, Design Web, Apps, etc.
Having prior experience of selling CMS web projects would be preferable.

Experience: 1+ years

Work Timings: Monday - Friday, 9 pm-6 am (NIGHT SHIFT)

Work Mode: Onsite
