Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction in all interactions.
Follow up with patients to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
