Institutional Commercial Officer - Tender / Contracting / Partnership

We are looking for an Institutional Commercial Officer to support the planning and execution of Tender, Contracting, and Partnership operations. The role involves working with key stakeholders to ensure compliance, pricing approvals, and smooth execution of contracts with both government and private institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure prequalification of firms and prepare bids for government and private institutions.
Coordinate with the Global Tender & Contract Team to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Liaise with the Pricing team for competitive rate approvals.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams to manage contracts.
Maintain business trends analysis and support the timely inclusion of therapies in key tenders.
Monitor Call Deposit Receipts, Bank Guarantees, and payments, ensuring timely submission.
Support CSO partnerships in sales reports, marketing presentations, and training documentation.
Prior experience in tender management, contract execution, or supply chain operations is preferred.
