Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure effective teamwork and a positive work environment.
Customer Service: Assist customers by addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and providing information about products/services.
Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day tasks, such as stocking, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas.
Quality Control: Ensure products or services meet company standards, with attention to detail and quality assurance.
Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, seeking guidance when needed.
Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communication: Keep communication clear with both customers and team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Learning and Development: Actively engage in training sessions and apply new skills to improve performance and personal growth.
Flexibility: Adapt to changing demands and assist in other departments or tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: Matric or inter
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required; on-the-job training will be provided.
