HRSI is looking for Terrioity Sales Officer for one its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Implement marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account receivables within acceptable limits.
Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and forecasts to the Area Sales Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Train and support the sales team or distributor's sales force as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, pharma, or a related industry.
