We are looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor for one its leading clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Monitor and drive sales performance in the assigned territory.
Set and track sales goals and KPIs.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Territory Planning
Develop strategic plans to increase market share and brand presence.
Allocate resources and plan routes efficiently to maximize coverage.
Monitor competitors and adapt strategies as needed.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven sales experience, often 2 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
