We are looking for a Territory Sales Supervisor for one its leading clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Management

    • Monitor and drive sales performance in the assigned territory.

    • Set and track sales goals and KPIs.

    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

  2. Team Leadership

    • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.

    • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

    • Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets.

  3. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  4. Territory Planning

    • Develop strategic plans to increase market share and brand presence.

    • Allocate resources and plan routes efficiently to maximize coverage.

    • Monitor competitors and adapt strategies as needed.

  5. Reporting and Documentation

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans.

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, often 2 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
