Telesales Representative

Looking for a Telesales Representative who is responsible for generating sales by calling potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and securing orders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to close deals efficiently and effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote products or services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and follow-up calls.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing relevant information and addressing any inquiries.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers who have not yet shown interest in the product or service.
Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, handle objections, and provide solutions to overcome barriers to sales.
Order Processing: Accurately process orders and assist customers with completing transactions, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
CRM Management: Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, including conversion rates, sales progress, and challenges.
Customer Retention: Work with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
