The Compliance Manager role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to industry standards. The primary duties will include overseeing office staff, ensuring that all staff members adhere to necessary compliance requirements, and managing the completion of BS7858 screening and vetting processes for personnel.
Additionally, the role requires a strong understanding of the Security Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) requirements, ensuring that all contractors comply with these regulations, and maintaining high standards for security and operational integrity. The Compliance Manager will also need to be familiar with the ISO 9001 quality management system, with a focus on maintaining continuous improvement and ensuring that processes meet these internationally recognized standards.
