As the Sales Manager for our Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing our sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets. You will be instrumental in building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong market presence in the real estate sector.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of real estate sales representatives.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new properties,
  • developments, and competition status.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role in the real estate industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the real estate market.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
