We are seeking an experienced  Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation efforts using LinkedIn. This role involves identifying potential clients, executing outreach strategies, and nurturing connections to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target potential clients.
  • Develop and implement outreach campaigns to connect with leads and decision-makers.
  • Send personalized messages, connection requests, and follow-ups.
  • Track and manage leads in CRM tools to monitor progress.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach activities with business goals.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships to convert prospects into clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or outreach.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and reporting lead generation metrics.
  • A proactive approach to achieving lead conversion targets.
