We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to drive lead generation efforts using LinkedIn. This role involves identifying potential clients, executing outreach strategies, and nurturing connections to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target potential clients.
- Develop and implement outreach campaigns to connect with leads and decision-makers.
- Send personalized messages, connection requests, and follow-ups.
- Track and manage leads in CRM tools to monitor progress.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outreach activities with business goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships to convert prospects into clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or outreach.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Excellent written communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with CRM tools and reporting lead generation metrics.
- A proactive approach to achieving lead conversion targets.
