Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with vehicle carriers and shippers.
Negotiate pricing and secure contracts for vehicle transportation.
Coordinate vehicle shipment logistics, ensuring timely and accurate pickups and deliveries.
Resolve issues during the transport process to maintain a seamless experience for customers.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulations to stay competitive.
Provide outstanding customer service through consistent communication and updates.
Manage data, documents, and communication within a CRM system.
Pay: Rs100,000/- to Rs250,000/- per month
