Human Development Foundation (HDF) was founded in 1997 by the Pakistani diaspora in North America as a gift to the homeland on its 50th anniversary, with a passion for paying back to the communities they belong to. Over the past 24 years, HDF has positively impacted the lives of 3.4 million fellow countrymen through direct service delivery in the areas of Education & Literacy, Primary Healthcare, Livelihood & Food Security, Sustainable Environment, and Disaster Response with its physical footprint in 91 Tehsils of 53 Districts from AJK till Tharparkar.
The overall goal of the HDF primary Healthcare program is “To ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages” through the establishment of a Community Health Centre (CHC) to provide curative and preventive healthcare services in its catchment area. These CHCs are directly managed by a qualified doctor and a team of paramedics and field staff.
Position Description
Manager-Health will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day implementation of the health program. He / She will coordinate and provide support to healthcare teams in HDF program areas, enabling them to meet their objectives while maintaining a commitment to quality.
