Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with various procurement tasks, helping to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the procurement team in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Maintain procurement records and update databases
Communicate with vendors and internal departments
Help in evaluating supplier performance and preparing reports
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain principles
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
