We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer support through various channels, including calls and chats.

  2. Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

  3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.

  4. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and improve processes.

  5. Document and report issues as needed, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in customer support or social media support management.

  2. Fluent in Urdu (speak+write+read)

  3. Proficiency in English

  4. Ability to work independently from home.

  5. Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule with 12-hour shifts.

  6. PC/Laptop (min. i5 10th gen + 8 gb RAM)and 100 Mbps internet plan

Work Conditions:

  1. Work From Home with flexible shift patterns.

  2. Work Schedule: 2/2 (12-hour day shifts) 

  3. 11 hours of active work with 1 hour of break, including 3-10 minute breaks every hour.

  4. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely while maintaining a structured shift schedule.
