Architect / Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled Architect and Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans based on architectural designs and specifications. They will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, materials, and construction details.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to develop and refine project blueprints.
Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations.
Coordinate with construction teams to resolve on-site design challenges.
Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
Assist in 3D modeling and rendering for presentations and client approvals.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural drafting or design.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and structural detailing.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination in architectural drafting.
Exposure to interior design detailing is an added advantage.
