We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to assist our design team in creating innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with senior architects, help draft designs, create 3D models, and contribute to project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts.
- Draft layouts and create 3D model iterations.
- Organize data for presentations and conduct site visits.
- Work with engineers and contractors to meet project specifications.
- Support project management tasks like scheduling and tracking timelines.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, and similar software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
