Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva and have a strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color composition, and design rules. They should also have a keen eye for detail and excellent quality assurance skills. Additionally, the candidate should have good English communication skills. Knowledge of any of the following languages - Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, or Japanese - would be an advantage.

Conducting thorough reviews of design templates to ensure that all images, graphics, and elements are relevant, high-quality, and align with the intended purpose and theme
Verifying that templates adhere to core design rules, including typography, colour composition, layout balance, and overall visual aesthetics
Using Canva to evaluate and test the usability, editability, and functionality of design templates
Identifying and addressing any design inconsistencies, alignment issues, image quality problems, or mismatched elements across templates
Validating that templates meet approved criteria and guidelines and resonate with the target audience
Collaborating with the team and providing actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement in review quality
Reviewing templates for cultural appropriateness and language-specific nuances, if applicable
Maintaining comprehensive QA logs, issue reports, and improvement recommendations to streamline the review process
Working independently on QA projects and handling pressure to meet deadlines
